Strength

We incorporate both Megaformers and xFormers to focus on those intense shakes!


We curate our group fitness classes; each day will be a different routine and keep you on your toes—this constantly evolving workout focuses on strength, core, endurance, mobility, and cardiorespiratory training. Our Pilates-inspired HIIT workouts are intense but have low to no impact. We use the Megaformer and Versaclimbers to give you the workout you've been missing.
