Super Squat is one of my many favorite Lagree moves. So much focus goes into stabilizing the inner thighs and core. This move guarantees a good shake and burn!

My Story

My mother, whose health wavered throughout the years, had a major decline during the peak of Covid. I was uncertain how much time we had left to spend together but as active as she is, she chose to continue to move. We needed something low-impact. Lagree gifted me the chance to watch my mom show up on days of excruciating pain to strengthen her body using the megaformer. I began to appreciate anatomy & movement on a greater level pushing me to become an instructor in 2022. Gaining that much mental & physical strength from 45 minutes blew my mind. No matter the circumstance, Lagree is a community that opens our arms wide with acceptance- making this workout accessible to anyone that wants part in it. We are here to be your sanctuary, your constant in life when the picture ahead gets blurry. I can’t wait to see you on the mega!
