Our unique workout combines HIIT, Strength Training, and Pilates-inspired exercises using the Lagree Megaformer and the VersaClimber. It targets Strength, Endurance, Balance, Core, Mobility, and Cardiorespiratory training in every move. It is low-impact and safe for your joints and spine.

It suits all fitness levels, with prenatal and postnatal modifications available.

4. Mega Versa HIIT

Intermediate

This 45-minute high-intensity interval training class combines the Megaformer + VersaClimber to give you an effective strength and conditioning workout. You will start with 7.5 minutes on the VersaClimber, then 15 minutes on the Megaformer, and repeat both segments once more for the ultimate HIIT experience. Tone, sculpt, and see incredible results in this exciting, full-body workout! All fitness levels are welcome.

2. Mega Versa 20/20

intermediate

This 40-minute combo class gives you the best of both worlds! With 20 beat-dropping minutes on the Versaclimber and 20 muscle-shaking minutes on the Megaformer, you can expect a full-body, tightening, and toning workout like you’ve never experienced! We recommend starting with Mega Versa HIIT before taking this class. All fitness levels are welcome.

3. MILE HIGH CLIMB

This VersaClimber class has one goal: to climb the vertical mile (5,280 feet) in 45 minutes! We carefully programmed the class to help you reach that goal, pacing appropriately with long range in mind and fewer sprints. Upon completion, you’ll receive special swag to reward you for your hard work and incredible accomplishments! Before taking this class, we recommend starting with Mega Versa HIIT and building into Mega Versa 20/20.

All levels

Our Megaformer 45-minute class focuses solely on your slow twitch muscle fibers, ensuring that you push your body to its limits with every move while remaining in perfect alignment. During this high-performance, low-impact fitness class, you use full body movements to strengthen your core, enhance your endurance, and build long, lean muscle and lower body fat.

5. Megaformer 101

Beginner

Get comfortable on the Megaformer! This 45-minute beginner class will guide you through the essential Lagree moves and explore modifications to maximize your experience. Don't let the name fool you! Megaformer 101 is still challenging and will provide a high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout. All fitness levels are welcome.
