Strength

Choose one of many Megaformer or xFormer classes to target and fatigue every muscle in your body. Try the 101 classes if you are new to TLS!

We are the only studio that curates our classes. Each day is not only a different routine, but it is customized to the people in the class for the most effective workout possible.

Our Pilates-inspired HIIT workouts are intense but have low to no impact making them easy on the body.

Strength + cardio

The best of both worlds! The HIIT and 20:20 classes combine both strength and cardio classes to get the most efficient and well rounded workout in Texas!

Cardio

Pure unadulterated fat burning and heart pumping cardio workouts. We utilize the notorious Versaclimbers to burn up to 600+ calories per workout!

Two Machines

Cardio

Burn 600+ calories an hour on the heart pumping Versaclimbers. Now data enabled!

We utilize two machines that focus on high intensity with low impact on your joints. One for strength and the other for cardio.

We incorporate both Megaformers and xFormers to focus on those intense shakes!
