Full Body

We hit the entire body in every workout. We start and end with the abs and carefully work in the rest of the body throughout.

45 Minutes

We fit it all in, in just 45 minutes! Don’t worry, your body will be shaking in all the right ways.

SLOW!

Unlike traditional Pilates classes, TLS workouts are meant to be done slowly. This amplifies the shakes and really hits all muscle fibers.
