My Story

I am a mom and a wife who's world revolves around my family. I’m UberMom! I spend a lot of time in the car making sure my kids get to their activities. If I’m not teaching or in the car you will find me either at TLS getting my workout on or in the pool swimming laps. I’m also the best cheerleader, I cheer for my kiddos at swim meets, my husband at triathlons and clients in the studio. I am energetic, friendly and an all around passionate person.
