what do you do for fun

I'm a very curious person and always wanting to learn more about Barre & Lagree and have been creating videos for my Youtube/Instagram for the last year. I love to travel with my Husband Steve, we're constantly exploring new cities and countries and in my free time I love to play tennis and hang out with him and my Bengal Enzo.

Favorite move and why

Reverse Bear, I love this move as it challenges my core and stability on the back on the mega. The slower you go on this move the more you will feel the intensity which I love.

One word that describes you

My Story

I've been an athlete all my life playing competitive basketball and tennis since I was little. In high school I tore my ACL playing basketball and that was a defining moment in my life as I was planning to play college ball. I ended up going to college and was scouted for modeling and pursued that through college and after and entered the tech space full time. In 2017 I discovered Barre after going to a hot yoga studio in LA and fell in love with it and ended up getting certified and teaching. At the same time I was going to another favorite studio: MDR in LA and discovered my love for Lagree. A few years ago I re-tore my ACL/Meniscus and had to start over in my fitness journey to re-strengthen my knee after surgery. I was very committed to giving 110% during Physical Therapy to get myself back to health and truly back to what I love Lagree and barre. Within 3 months I was able to deadlift and walk more than 5 miles. I'm a little over a year past my surgery and feeling stronger than ever and a lot of it has to do with my love for all things fitness. This inspired me to get certified in Lagree as it made me stronger and I want to share this with others.
